Hastelloy alloys exhibit stable and reliable performance under extreme conditions of strong corrosion, high temperature, high pressure, and chloride ion content. Our company supplies Hastelloy products covering all mainstream grades, including C-276, C-22, B-2, B-3, G-30, and X, in forms such as plates, bars, pipes, forgings, and welding materials. Production and supply strictly adhere to international standards such as ASTM B574/B575/B622. Our products possess excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, and are widely used in high-end fields such as chemical reactors, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, marine engineering, nuclear industry, and aerospace. We support small-batch trial orders, mixed container loading, custom cutting and film coating, and can provide original manufacturer material certificates, TÜV/LR third-party testing reports, and export customs clearance services.

Corrosion ResistanceExceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack, and stress corrosion cracking. Low C & Si content prevents grain boundary precipitation in HAZ. Excellent performance in wet chlorine, hypochlorites, SO₂, chloride solutions, non-oxidizing acids (HCl, dilute H₂SO₄, H₃PO₄), and organic acids.
Key FeaturesOutstanding broad-spectrum corrosion resistance (both oxidizing and reducing media); excellent mechanical properties and workability; good weldability (no pre/post-heat treatment needed for most grades); high strength at elevated temperatures; extremely low pitting/crevice corrosion tendency in chloride environments.
Main ApplicationsChemical/Petrochemical: Reactors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, pickling systems.Environmental/Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) :Scrubbers, ducts, fans, dampers.Marine Engineering:Offshore platforms, desalination plants, marine piping.Nuclear Industry:Fuel reprocessing, waste treatment equipment.Pharmaceutical/Fine Chemicals:Reaction vessels, evaporators (high purity).Aerospace:Gas turbine components, afterburners (Hastelloy X).Pulp & Paper:Digesters, bleaching systems.
Processing & WeldingHot Forming:Initial forging 1150-1200℃, final >950℃. Neutral to slightly oxidizing atmosphere.Cold Forming:High work hardening rate; intermediate annealing required.Welding:GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), SMAW recommended. No preheat, interpass ≤150℃. Use matching filler (e.g., ERNiCrMo-4 for C-276). Post-weld heat treatment generally not required.
